Ordering and Shipping Information

Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

PayPal Orders
You do not need a PayPal account when buying threough PayPal. For those with a PayPal account, it must be Verified. We cannot accept orders from unverified PayPal acocunts. For US orders, all orders must ship to a Confirmed shipping address only. Please refer to your PayPal accounts page on how to verify your account and confirm your shipping address.

Note: For most users, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. You only need a major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, etc.)

Minimum Order
We have a $10 minimum for all credit card/PayPal orders.

Purchase Orders
We are sorry, but we do not accept purchase orders. See Purchase Orders for additional information.

Working E-mail Address
For orders through the Internet we require a working e-mail address from you for order confirmation and verification. If your e-mail bounces, or if we require verification and you do not respond, your order will be deleted from our system within five (5) business days.

We reserve the right to verify all orders from "free" e-mail providers, including Yahoo.com, Google Mail, and Hotmail.com. For such e-mail accounts, if paying by credit card, we may require you to fax your order, and include your signature and the front of your credit card. This is for your protection, as well as ours.

We do not send unsolicited e-mail, and we NEVER sell or rent the names and addresses of our customers. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Order/Shipping Confirmations
Our shopping cart automatically sends a confirmation of your order. At this time, we do not routinely provide shipping confirmation, unless your order will be delayed. If you require a tracking number please write us and ask.

Shipping Charges and Terms
Our shopping cart calculates the shipping costs based on your Zip/postal code, and the estimated weight of your package, rounded up to the nearest pound, plus a reasonable handling charge.

We normally ship within one business day of receipt of your order. However, certain circumstances may delay your order:

  • It's a holiday. We like to take time-off, too.
  • Your order information is incomplete, or cannot be verified.
  • We're out-of-stock. If your order will be delayed by more than five business days, we will let you know when we expect to ship your order. You have the option of canceling the order if you wish. If only some of the items are out-of-stock, we will ship what we have, and backorder the remainder.

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but are not insured unless shipped via UPS. If you are shipping via USPS, and you wish insurance, please contact us and we will add the cost of insurance to your shipping charges.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. If an order to you has been lost in shipment, we will provide all relevent shipping records, insurance receipts, and confirmations. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. However, we verify all orders shipping outside the United States. Please provide a valid e-mail address so that we may contact you. We NEVER sell or rent e-mail addresses, as noted in our Privacy Policy. If we cannot reach you by e-mail, your order will be deleted from our system.

For orders shipping outside the United States, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, BROKERAGE FEES, OR OTHER COSTS. Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service, whichever provides the safest route. WE CANNOT SHIP TO YOU IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE INSURED OR TRACKED.

Our shopping cart calculates non-US shipping charges if you select the appropriate "global" shipping method. If actual shipping costs are substantially higher than that stated, we will hold your order and ask you to confirm the new amount. If the costs are substantially lower, we will deduct the overage from your invoice.

Please note: Not all of our products are available outside the United States. Such products are noted in the shopping cart.

Our Guarantee
Except as noted below, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all merchandise. As you might guess, refunds are limited to the purchase price only; you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Before returning goods, we ask that you first obtain a Return Authorization Request (RAR), at the address below. This will expedite your refund. Be sure to insure your returns package against loss or damage.

Special, quantity (10 or more per item), plastic sheet, and custom orders are not returnable for refund. Defective, damaged in shipment, or incorrectly shipped merchandise may be replaced within 10 business days of purchase.
